For more than 20 years<\/strong><\/span> I have been involved in the <\/span>wellness<\/span><\/strong> i <\/span>beauty<\/span><\/strong><\/span>, combining cosmetological knowledge with business experience and a holistic approach to health<\/span>a and well-being.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I graduated with a degree in cosmetology<\/strong> and spa and wellness tourism<\/strong>. I am a certified Existential Wellness Coach<\/span><\/strong> (Noble Manhattan Coaching), and my experience is also enriched by my Executive MBA<\/span><\/strong> degree and my work with the Global Wellness Institute<\/span><\/strong>, where I serve as an ambassador.<\/p>\n

I spent more than 15 years in the industry <\/span>pharma<\/span> & <\/span>beauty<\/span><\/strong><\/span>, successfully launching a premium brand on the Polish market <\/span>premium<\/span> in the segment of professional cosmetics & <\/span>dermocosmetic<\/span>. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

I have been simultaneously running my own business for more than 12 years, 10 of which I was the owner of a Beauty Salon in Krakow.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

The beginning of this path was <\/span>sport<\/span> because I trained swimming competitively for six years, winning medals at Polish and regional championships. This sport taught me discipline, <\/span>perseverance<\/span> but also experienced in many difficult moments… defeat, failure, injury, burnout as well as the lesson that hard work does not always lead us to success, because many factors contribute to its achievement.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

My adventure with wellness began during motherhood, when I understood the importance of balance in life. During this special time, I learned to take care of myself in simple but effective ways that allowed me to find peace and strength. Motherhood became an inspiration for me to seek harmony and a conscious life in which caring for others goes hand in hand with caring for myself. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
